June Sales

June holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where she also completed a Master’s degree in Applied Microbiology. She has experience in molecular biology, microbiology, and sequencing technologies, with a strong interest in implementing innovative methodologies and optimizing laboratory workflows.

At Microomics, she is part of the laboratory team, where she is responsible for library preparation, metagenomic sample processing, and quality control throughout the workflow. She also contributes to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and protocols, helping to improve laboratory efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability in every analysis.
